Bay Habitat Day

At Bay, We worked with the whole community to create an outdoor wildlife habitat and gardening area. On April 2 and April 9, the teachers, students and community all came together to make the habitat a reality. There are butterfly gardens, vegetable planting beds and tables which were handmade with wood for the outdoor classroom. The over 100 volunteers helped to build flower beds and a storage shed also! We have handicap accessible crushed granite paths as well. The area is being used by our students to learn all about planting, butterflies and composting as well.
