Students were challenged to create a month long fitness plan. This plan included a structured workout plan (which included varying types of workouts to strenthen and work different muscle groups at different times) and a balanced diet based on the food pyramid. Students were challenged to create a poster displaying their results to encourage them to follow through with the plan.
