Staff Wellness

A team of teachers created a wellness cadre to help promote staff wellness.  They have participated and promoted Gary Burns Fun Run, White Rock Marathon, after school running/walking group, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.

In addition to the cadre activities, FISD has teamed with Frisco Athletic Center and YMCA to create an incentive for teachers to attend the gym and get physically fit.  If a teacher or staff member attends 10 times a month, they will be reimbursed for half of their membership.
