Textural Rubbings from Nature

By:

Students use natural items to create textural rubbings.

Materials needed: Crayons (unpeeled), paper and natural items such as leaves, pieces of bark and flatter rocks.

Students will collect natrual items, put them under paper and rub crayon over paper to record the texture of that item.

Texture is found all over.  Nature is a huge source of all types of different textures.
