At least twice a month, sometimes more, the Mitchell students harvest baskets of fresh grown crops. What ever is in season gets collected and delivered to our cafeteria. Claudia, our cafeteria manager, cleans and preps the produce for the school salad bar. Everyone at Billy Mitchell benefits from the school garden.
