Watt Watchers

Fourth grade students are chosen as Watt Watchers. Students check the classrooms to see if the lights are in use or not in use.  They report their findings on a Patrol Record.  Their findings are recorded as follows:

Check mark = lights on/in use

O = No energy in use

X = Energy in use/no people

Notes are left on the classroom door that say:

1.  Thanks. Hooray !! Watt Watchers applaud you for saving energy.

2.  The lights are on... Watt Watchers say, it's time to turn them off.

Students check one or two pods daily.
