Healthy Lifestyles Self Assessment

This has been a GREAT project.  Students learned a lot about themsevles by documenting their eating, sleeping, and physical activity habits.  They also learned to set SPECIFIC, short-term, measurable goals.  Many students were able to meet their healthy lifestyle goals, and those who did not were able to evaluate why they had been unsuccessful.  In some cases the goals were too vague, in others too ambitious - they needed to start smaller.  I learned a lot as well!  I will definitely continue with this project with future students!  I think that this could work for students of any age, with modifications to help them to set appropriate goals, and to develop reasonable plans for reaching those goals
