You can balance your diet and exercise by eating lots of veggies, for your heart, and lots of fruit, for smarts, focus, and energy. Also exercising for 1 to 2 hours every day, could dramatically improve the results you’re looking for. This could include weightlifting, jogging, jumping jacks, playing catch and other small, fun activities. A good tip is to burn more calories than you take in! NEVER STARVE YOURSELF!!
A good breakfast (Eat at about 6:45-7:30 every morning):
- Small, low fat yogurt
- Fruit such as strawberries, apple slices, grapes.
- 1 egg
- 1 piece of whole-wheat toast (With fat free margarine)
- 1-2 glasses of water (Large glasses)
(Basically protein, water, dairy, and fruit)
A good lunch (Eat at around 12-1):
- Anything you would normally eat, but EAT 3/4 OF IT. Do not eat all of it.
- Large amounts of Veggies - Corn, green beans, broccoli, spinach, lettuce, etc.

- 3-4 glasses of water (Large glasses)
(EXERCISE AFTER EATING)
