Lessons
We are focusing on the importance of picking and choosing between the right and nutritious choice that will help your body and the bad and less nutritious choice that will in the long run do your body bad. With some of the choices you make early on in your life can cause you to take up bad habits and horrible eating choices. As well as picking the right food we are also focusing on the good vitamins in certain food that can help your body is healthy and strong. Vitamins and minerals are substances that are found in foods we eat. We need them, so our body can grow big and strong and develop correctly. Vitamins each have a different purpose to help your body. Vitamin D helps you have big strong bones. Vitamin A helps you see better. Vitamin C helps your body repair its self from an injury such as a paper cut etc. B vitamins help make proteins to give you energy, so that you can run and play all day. Fruits are loaded with tons of vitamins and minerals to help you get healthy.
Story
You are a character who doesn't really know what is good for your body and what could harm it. Until you meet... Coach Vitamin! Coach Vitamin is a Fatty Fighter and is here to help you make the right choices and inform you about vitamins. Coach will send you on a mission through your body to help you improve it! But there will be some enemies who want to hold you back from being healthy.
Objectives/Goals
The objective of the game is to recieve all the items that will help you succeed in the game. Watch out for the enemies that will try and get you to fall to temptation.
