Healthy Eating

 Story 

Little Cindy has been eating too much junk food as well as not going outside to exercise. Her eating habits have started taking effect on her. Due to a recent heart attack last year when her eating habits were extreme, she is on a journey to stop eating so much junk food and go out and exercise as well as eat healthy foods that will give her energy and develop a healthy body fit for her age.

The Objective

By collecting all the apples (healthy foods) your points increase, at the same time you must avoid the fries (fatty foods) which are the enemy. You must reach the required amount of apples as well as beating the clock on the top of the screen to advance to the next level.

 Intended Audience: Children of all ages

Lesson: Stay active and eat healthy

Life Lesson:

Foods with a high level in sugar can turn into fat. We are not saying to completely stop eating the foods you like, we are trying to teach you to learn how to balance out your diet and to exercise on a regular basis  to live a long and healthy life. Eating healthy will help you develop into a healthy adult and benefit you in the long run in your life.
