Fruits of our Labor

To help celebrate Earth Day we invited all students and teachers to come to our community garden and plant in the raised beds we built. These plants had been grown from seeds early in the spring then transplanted into the beds. We were recently awarded a local STEM award and received some money to continue our after school club where we will be inviting chefs from our community to help cook our fruits and vegetables.  Students were able to taste cucumbers, green beans, and peaches.  We look forward to continuing this club next year.
