Let's Go Green

On May 10, 2012, our 5th grade students decided to perform a Go Green presentation for the entire school. They demonstrated healthy choices with skating and jump roping demonstrations to Green themed music. They sang songs that emphasized what each of us can do with just a little effort. They included a dancing tree and a rap about ecology and preservation, poems, and artwork. The program was entertaining but more importantly it provided all of our students with a message about our responsibility to future kids. They said it is our job to make our world a better place for everyone. Our 5th grade students modeled great global conciousness through a fun and entertaining program.
