Change for Earth

Change for Earth was the launching pad for our efforts to transform our campus into an eco-friendly place for 4th and 5th graders and their families. It involved our incredible Science teacher, Mrs. Keele, and students from 4th and 5th grade. We invited families and friends to see our art work, watch our presentation, and purchase goods from our bake sale, allowing us to fund the cost of the crushed granite for the fitness trail. A local business, owned by parents of a 5th grader, generously donated the limestone slabs for seating. It is an outdoor learning space enjoyed by all.
