Lesson: Eating healthy and staying healthy by exercising every day and eating all the right foods.Choose right, like eating fruits because they have more antioxidants in them. Don't choose bad food ,like fries, pizzas, brownies, and cake. Eating the healthy foods makes your immune system stronger.
