Giant Cookie Pizza

Some people think that pizza has to be the pepperoni kind, but I think they're also great for dessert! For my project, I made my own giant pizza for Easter dessert.

You start by finding a good recipe for peanut butter cookies. Next you squish all the dough flat on a cookie sheet. When it is flat you can decorate it any way you want. I used M&Ms in Easter colors and wrote Happy Easter.

Now you bake the cookie pizza for about 20 min. When it's done you cut it into pieces and eat it. YUM! :)
