Sticky in a Good Way Cilantro Lime Rice

This is the first time I had cilantro lime rice. I liked it.
It has a lot of lime in it.
It has black pepper.
It has a lot of sea salt.
It is very, very sticky.
It  tastes like a lot of lemon.
Hint: I’m the Head Chef
