Salted Pecan Chubbsters

My Uncle Jim is the best chef in the whole world, so I asked him to help me enter a baking contest.

He said yes!

I wanted to make something really chocolaty but also salty.  It also has to be dairy-free because I am lactose intolerant.

We tried a couple of different recipes and ended up making cookies that are kind of like brownies are full of roasted, salted pecans.  We called them Chubbsters!

They were AMAZING!!!!!!

I didn't win first place but I got second place. And I got to bake with Uncle Jim and eat cookies!
