Healthivores- Catalyst of Happiness

Story- Steve is a scholarly High School student, who enjoys the commendation of his teachers and classmates. He strives for academic excellence tirelessly, yet he feels as if something is missing from his life. Sports have always been the bane of his existence and he doesn't possess that enthusiasm that his friends seem to endlessley exert. Perhaps his diet has played a role in his troubles?

Objective- The objective is primarily a journey through the life of Steve, most levels are typically an "on-the-rails" style to emphasize the importance of the message the game is trying to convey with a slight tinge of user input to keep the player involved.

Message- The game will convey the consequences of an unhealthy diet, filled with empty calories, greasy foods, and a lack of exercise while conversely stressing the importance of eating whole grains, healthy fats, lean proteins; keeping yourself hydrated; and partaing in physical exercise and fitness. The benefits of a holistic lifestyle are not only augmented happiness due to the subsequent increase in the releasement of endorphins in the brain, but also an increased ability to think quickly and concentrate better in class due to more efficient oxygen flow and the consumption of the bodies natural energy in exercise which prevents uneasiness and distraction in class.

 Audience- The targeted audience is primarily school students but also anyone seeking ascended happiness and performance in academic pursuits.

 Foods to consider-  Whole Grain Bread and Fruits-[image] Bread and Fruit 

                               A Munificent amount of water- [image] Water

 

Additional- Exercising for atleast 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week is encouraged to promote blood and oxygen flow. Protein is also imperative, especially for students who are still growing and thus require protein to synthesize new muscle fibres and bone matter/density; Grilled chicken, fish and lean beef are foods that should be incorporated into your diet along with a generous amount of vegetables as they are rich in nutrition/ micronutrients.
