• Story: You're a professional runner that hasn't been exercising right or eating healthy lately. Learn how to exercise right and eat the right foods to win the final race.

• Lesson: Eat healthy and exercise regularly for a healthy lifestyle
Level 1: A calorie is a measure of energy. The body needs energy (“calories”) to do anything.
Level 2: Lack of exercise and healthy eating can cause fatigue and diseases.
Level 3: Exercise is also a key to weight control because it burns calories. If you burn off more calories than you take in, you lose weight.
Level 4: We need protein for the building and repairing of tissue in our body. The following foods are good sources of protein: Meat, poultry, fish, eggs, beans, and nuts.
Level 5: A balanced diet - or a good diet - means consuming from all the different good groups in the right quantities.
Level 6: There are five main food groups - whole grains, fruit and vegetables, protein, diary, and fat & sugar.
Level 7: Choosing which places to eat can be hard. Choose the place with the greatest healthy choices.
Level 8: If you exercise and eat healthy, you can achieve great things.
