Story: All of Jim's friends were captured by the Grease King and are turned into his fry minions.

Objective: Save all Jim's freinds and beat the Grease King

Audience: Everyone who wants tips on how to get fit.

Lesson: Greasy foods are bad for you and your body.

Level 1: Delicious and crunchy apple fruit is one of the most popular fruits, favorite of health conscious, and fitness. Apples are rich in antioxidant phyto-nutrients flavonoids and polyphenolics.

Level 2: A serving of fries contains about 48 grams of total carbohydrates, including 43.5 grams of pure carbohydrates and 4.5 grams of digestible fiber.

Level 3: Greasy, fatty and sugary foods will have a negative impact on your immune system.
