Plastic recycling

Last year Ascension Catholic School won the Green Ribbon School Earth Day Challenge. The prize was a large recycling container with three separate sections. We chose to use this container in the cafeteria and all three sections are for recycling water bottles. Since winning this container we have been recycling all plastic containers regularly. We are recycling over 10  55 gallon trash bags of plastic water bottles, yogurt containers, lunchable trays and more each week.
