You Say Pizza, I say Spizza!

I am a vegetarian kid who loves to cook.

I love making all sorts of stuff and pizza is one of my favorites.

Vegetables are so awesome that my big specialty is Spizza, which is a pizza with chopped up spinach in the dough.

I like to stretch my pizza dough, instead of rolling it out. 

It's more fun. 

Lately, I've been adding extra flavor to my pizza toppings by caramelizing onions.

This means browning them on the stove before you put them on the pizza.

The trick to not tearing up or crying while working with onions is this: breathe through your mouth!

I hope you'll try making Spizza with caramelized onions. It's amazing!
