Student Council Energy & Environment members are given buttons to wear that say "POWER PATROL" and anytime they see a teacher misusing the classroom lights, they leave a sticky note that says "You've been caught using excess energy!".  If a teacher leaves the projector on in the room, or the overhead lights on, a teacher will get stickied.
