Quest to Survive-Healthivores

  • Quest to Survive is a game that is meant to teach how to live a healthy life in a fun way. In order to live a healthy life you need to exercise and keep your energy levels up. In this game you have to collect energy and points in order to pass each level.

 

 

  • Help Bob (you will be playing as Bob) defeat the enemies and collect the points, pass each level to help Bob learn to exercise and keep his energy up. Use the arrow keys to move left, right, and jump.
  • Use the spacebar to shoot at the enemies.                                                                    

 

It is important to keep your energy levels up so that you can do your daily activities without getting tired. To keep your energy levels up, you need to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night, and you need to eat 3 nutritious meals a day. You also need to exercise at least 60 minutes a day.

This game is meant to teach ages 10-14 about how energy and exercise affect your life.
