Lotus Root in a Wok

My mom is Chinese and my dad is Italian. 

We have lots of favorite foods that our family likes.

The one I think is the prettiest is stir-fried lotus root. 

My mom cooks it in a wok that used to be my grandmas.

It's a food that tastes as beautiful as it looks!
