My Traditional Homemade Biscuits

One of my favorite things to make are biscuits.
A trick for making them more tender and flakey, is to not over work the dough.
To make sure your biscuits bake evenly, and not puff up in the middle, is to gently push your thumb down in the middle, making an indentation, before you bake them.
I learned this from Bobby Flay.
By the way, the same thing works for burgers, before you grill them or cook them.
