Ms. Fat Woman lives a very unhealthy lifestyle, but her favorite spoon is going to change that. Her magical, handsome, talking spoon needs you to show her how to eat healthy, exercise, and sleep right. Through this, Ms. Fat Woman is becoming fit one step at a time. To complete the quest from the spoon, you need to change Ms. Fat Woman into Ms. Healthy Woman.
EPILOGUE
In order to be healthy and fit, like Ms. Healthy Woman, you must...
1. Try to follow the food plate by eating veggies, fruit, whole grain, protein, calcium-rich foods, and dairy.
2. Hydrating yourself is very important. Men need about 3 liters of water a day, and women need about 2.2 liters a day. However, drinking too much water will harm your body.
3. Exercising benefits your life, even if you work out 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week.
4. Don't forget to get enough sleep each night! For adults, 7-8 hours is neccesary, and for children 8+ hours is neccesary.
