On November 13th, we had the High Touch scientists come to our school and conduct a lesson/hands on experiment with our 3rd graders (about 110 students). We chose a lesson which was an extension of content we have already taught, in this case, energy.  The students were able to create light, heat, and electricity while learning the importance of all three and the value of conserving them.
