We had awesome participation for Walking Wednesday April 20th, during our Earth Week celebration!
According to classroom surveys, our numbers broke down as follows:
Walkers: 161
Bike Riders: 42
Bus Riders: 35
Total Doss Students: 740
We were overwhelmed by our reduction in car traffic on this day!

Our City of Austin crossing guard didn't show up on Walking Wednesday. PTA President Valerie Tyler stepped in to guard the crosswalk at Far West. What a crazy morning!
