Zumbathon with the Eagles

On September 30 Fitness 321 held a Zumbathon at Ascension Catholic School(ACS). The first reason was to stress the importance of exercise and to encourage our students to participate in physical activities. The second reason was to raise money for our Athletic Department.

Party number one was a ZumbAtomic class for kids 4-12 years old. The students (80) danced to kid appropriate music and played silly games. This party was from 3:15-4:15. The students had a lot of fun!

Party number two was a TWO-HOUR Zumba master class taught by Fitness 321. The adults (32) danced and laughed the stress of the week away from 6:30-8:30 pm. Included in the fun were raffles, prizes and refreshments. Everyone had a great time!

Our Zumbathon was a great success. Everyone had a great time and money was raised for new athletic equipment to keep the students moving.
