Earth Day Fruits & Vegetables Snacks

The St. Paul Interparochial School 7th Grade students prepared healthy snack platters for each classroom.  Platters included melon, grapes, peppers, celery, carrots, tomatoes, and lettuce.  Scraps were added to the compost bin the Courtyard Garden.
