Students celebrated Earth Week, April 18-21, by wearing a specific Earth friendly shirt or bringing a stuffed animal to school.  Dooley also had a drawing and gave out special prizes for students that picked up an Earth day journal and wrote on the topic "What Earth Day Means to You".  Some of the best journals were read over the daily announcements during Earth week.
