The Fisher Dining Pavilion, located on the FWCD campus, uses all organic products, bought only from local areas. Sage Dining Service provides all of the food for the Dining Pavilion. The daily menu in the Dining Pavilion provides many different options for the students and even includes a vegetarian entrée. There is a salad bar that is kept fresh daily, complete with various vegetables and dressings, which even include fat-free options. The Dining Pavilion also has a fruit bar with fresh fruits served daily, along with white rice and yogurts. There is also a sandwich bar, which has differing meats and cheeses, along with assorted vegetables and sauces. They even provide packaged peanut butter and jelly for those who want it on their sandwich. Students may use the two panini machines to toast their sandwiches. Lastly, there are two daily soups served, complete with vegetables and meats. Sage finds new and exciting ways to make even desserts healthy, like with their idea of zucchini brownies.
